Ol' Fred...

... Actor Redd Foxx from "Sanford and Son" for those not familiar with 70's /80's t.v.  This is another portrait  likeness attempt I did a few weeks back.  Still wish I was able to nail the likenesses by eyeballing it.  Had to make use of some landmark references to line up prominent facial features while working from a photo.   Again I bounced back and forth between Photoshop cc 2017 and Clip Studio Paint.  I'll try to practice more likenesses in the near future.
